Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change on short notice as do our customers’ needs.

We try to be as flexible as possible, but once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We often pay our technicians for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with short notice, so we appreciate your understanding why we ask for 24-hour notice to cancel appointments. Fees apply to on-site services only.


  • You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • A $49 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations prior to 24 hours of a confirmed on-site appointment.
  • If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, are absent from the service address when the technician arrives, or is unable to access the property, you will be charged in-full for your scheduled service.


  • You may reschedule a confirmed on-site appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.
  • A $49 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the on-site appointment time.
