What is EggHead IT?

EggHead IT is your complete, small and medium–sized business and residential computer and technology success Eggsperts. EggHead IT is a 100% Veteran owned, fully licensed and insured, computer repair and technology consulting service, and an educational resource for our Clients.


We provide leading technology based repairs and support, helping to bridge the gap between our Clients and their technology. Our Eggsperts are industry certified and specially trained to meet the technology challenges you and your business faces. Our extensive knowledge of residential and commercial hardware/software enables us to assist you with any of your technology needs at home or at work!

Do you accept all forms of payment?

We Accept All Major Credit Cards! Also accepting: Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Google Pay

We do not currently accept Apple Pay

Is EggHead IT available in my area?

EggHead IT is headquarted in the beautiful Coachella Valley of Southern California, however we are available nationwide, provided by our fully-vetted and background checked team of Eggsperts!


If you need service in a more remote area, it may take a little longer than usual to match you with a Eggspert, but we’ll do everything we can to service your request. Thanks in advance for your patience. Our team of Eggsperts is growing every day.

What are your hours?

On-site Eggspert support services are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Remote eggspert support and our support staff is available 24/7. For technical support issues, please email us at or call 1-760-205-0105.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept ACH and PayPal. If you any questions regarding billing or payments please contact us at or call 1-760-205-0105.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! We have a number of business and residential tech support plans available, including unlimited remote support options.

Is my service guaranteed?

We guarantee all our services for 30 days. If you have a problem with any work performed, simply contact support and we’ll send another eggspert out at your convenience. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call support at 1-760-205-0105 to ensure prompt attention.

You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A $59 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment. If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service.

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time. A $59 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time.

We pay our technicians for cancelled and rescheduled appointments so we appreciate your understanding. Fees apply to in-home services only.

How do I set up an appointment?

Contact support, provide a few details about your issue and the location where you need service. You’ll then schedule a convenient date and time for your appointment and finally a payment method. Once we have scheduled your request, we’ll immediately start looking for just the right eggspert for your service request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed with your service request details and your assigned eggspert. If you don’t receive a confirmation email 3 hours after scheduling your appointment, please contact us right away.

What if I don't know what's wrong?

Not a problem. Just provide us as much detail about the issue as you can. We’ll review your request further and reach out if we have any additional questions. Our friendly support eggsperts can help create your service request.

How soon can I schedule my appointment?

You can request on-site service as soon as the same day. If your service can be performed remotely, EggHead IT Instant Help Online Support is available and is often the fastest way of getting issues resolved.

Can I make changes to my appointment?

You can change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment by contacting support at 1-760-205-0105.

Can I select the same tech for subsequent visits?

We can accommodate some requests, but please remember that our Eggsperts are experts in specific areas. To ensure the best and most efficient service possible, we match you with the most qualified eggspert for your issue. That may or may not be your previous eggspert. If you’d like a specific eggspert, please book your service through one of our support eggperts at 1-760-205-0105.

What is EggHead IT Instant Help Online Support?

In addition to a complete range of on-site tech installation and support services, we also offer EggHead IT Instant Help Online Support for issues that can be resolved remotely. We’re making technology in the business and home simple.


It’s great for more time-consuming services like virus removals and computer tune-ups. You can get support right away and we’re available 24/7. When you’re ready to begin, one of our eggsperts will log into your computer to perform your service while you watch the magic happen right before your eyes.


Remote services are discounted so not only is it convenient, it saves you cash! If the service you need can be performed remotely, you’ll see the option to select EggHead IT Instant Help Online Support.

When will my Eggspert arrive?

When requesting your service, you’ll provide your availability. Once we’ve found the right eggspert for your service, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include your appointment date and time. That’s when your eggspert will arrive – no 4 hour windows of time at EggHead IT. If your eggspert is late, please contact us so we check on their status. We strive for punctuality and don’t want to waste your precious time.

How skilled are your Eggsperts?

Our eggsperts are constantly staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and applications, and in turn we are specialists at educating, training, and supporting our clients. Whether you’re in the home or the boardroom, we have you covered.

How do you verify your techs?

Each and every eggspert undergoes several skills tests, and a complete background check to ensure your security and safety.

Should I arrange for additional services with my tech?

If you need additional service on an existing order, your eggspert will let our support team know. If you need a new service, you can book online or by phone. Please don’t contact your eggspert directly to book an appointment or make a payment. The EggHead IT Guarantee and any warranties only apply to services booked through our system. Additionally, any services arranged directly between you and your eggspert are not covered by our insurance policy.

How do you price your services?

We offer a fixed base price for each service. Additional charges for extras are offered for some services. You’ll receive an exact quote during booking.

Do I pay the tech directly?

No, please do not provide payment to your eggspert. Payment will be applied to your credit card on file. We do NOT accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check.

How am I billed for service?

You’ll be asked to provide a credit card when you request your first service. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the job. We’ll then charge the payment method you provided. If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, they’ll inform us and support will be in touch to discuss the options. If you are not satisfied with your service, please don’t sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our Support specialists will be on touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.

Should I tip my tech?

No tip is necessary. But feel free to thank them for doing a great job.
