To access any Netflix content, a minimum constant download speed of 0.5 megabits per second (Mbps) is required. If the connection seems to be working properly, turn off and then restart your machine or video game console.

If your buffering issues continue, try resetting your home network and then using a free Internet speed test to check your download speed. Finally, rather than relying on wireless, link your devices directly to a modem or router to reduce the chances of service interruption.
